We are reprinting the tax assessment history 1995 - 2001 from our last newsletter at members’ request.

Revised Assessments Analysis

Residential: Compared to 1999, the Proposed assessments for Residential Property would have increased by 4%. The revised Assessment is almost the same as for 1999. The number of Residential Properties increased slightly

Vacant Land: Compared to 1999, Vacant Land was proposed to decrease by 6%. The revised Assessment lowers it an additional 9%, for a total reduction of 15%. The number of vacant properties decreased by 3%.
