NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following Ordinance was introduced at a meeting of the Board of Health of the City of Englewood, Bergen County, New Jersey, conducted on Monday, November 5, 2001 and will be further considered for final passage and adoption at a meeting of said Board to take place on Wednesday, December 12, 2001 at 8:00 p.m. at 73 South Van Brunt Street, Englewood, New Jersey.

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE ANNUAL SALARIES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH OF THE CITY OF ENGLEWOOD AS OF JANUARY 2, 2002.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Health of the City of Englewood, in the County of Bergen and State of New Jersey, as follows:
Section 1. The salary schedule for the annual salaries for the year 2002, effective January 1, 2002 for the year 2002 and until passage of a further ordinance, for the employees of the Department of Health of the City of Englewood is hereby established as follows:
