Prestigious Academy Programs Come to Englewood

The Bergen County Technical Schools, in a unique partnership with the Englewood Board of Education, are enthusiastically opening four new high school programs in Englewood this September. The programs are:

Finance Academy
Information Systems Academy
Law and Public Safety Academy
Pre-Engineering Academy

These four academies will be located in their own building – King Hall –on the 48-acre campus of Dwight Morrow High School. The Academies @ Englewood bring ten years of successful education to Englewood. The academies are distinguished by: A sophisticated, state-of-the-art technology infrastructure A highly credentialed teaching staff Small classes and personalized learning Extensive corporate partnerships

Eighth grade students from Bergen County and surrounding towns are welcome to apply.

Academies @ Englewood anticipates many more qualified applicants than they can accept. Teacher recommendations and an entry examination will qualify students for admission.

An Open House for eighth graders and their parents will be held on Tuesday, February 12 at 7:00 p.m. at Dwight Morrow High School, North Library.
