The Dwight Englewood
School has temporarily withdrawn its application to construct a building for
pre-k and kindergarten on their Booth Ave. campus. Properties designated as inherently beneficial use do expand, and it’s almost impossible to stop their growth. Courts have ruled all over the United States
in favor of beneficial uses.
On December 9, 2002
at 8:00 p.m., the Board of Adjustments will hear an application to build a new
house of worship on Brook Avenue, located in the first ward.
The Planning Board
will hold a public meeting in the courthouse on December 17 at 8:00 p.m. The hearings will consider the following
elements:
ü
Circulation
Plan
ü
Utility
Service Plan
ü
Community
