Approval: Control Building Services Contract Renewal

BE IT RESOLVED, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, that the Englewood Board of Education authorize the Board President and Business Administrator to renew its contract with Control Building Services, Inc. for one (1) year commencing July 1, 2001 subject to the terms and conditions of a contract extension agreement that was dated May 27, 1999 at a full services operating charge not to exceed $1,112,081.50. This is the final option year of this contract and reflects one additional day time custodian at Dwight Morrow High School.
