Dear EHOA,

Forget the fact that Leonia has hired an attorney to fight the development. Forget that there are several viable businesses that will be displaced by this development. Forget that the traffic problems will quadruple for Englewood. Let’s remember that we live in Englewood for its quality of life.

The city was voted number one by New Jersey Monthly. I’m afraid if the development goes through the quality of life will go down and residents will suffer.

There’s an old saying, “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.” Well the industrial area is not broke, so let’s not fix it.
