Marriott Update

Marriott Assisted-Living Facility and the Presbyterian Church are under contract to sell their land to developer Aram Mennitiam, owner of Liberty Gate located in Stamford, CT. The developer proposes to build twenty-five luxury condominiums of approximately 3,000 square feet each with two-car garages and elevators. The building facade would be made of stone and wood. An informal meeting with the developer included Eugenia Vogel, co-president of the EHOA, two EHOA board members, representatives of the East Hill Alliance, 2nd Ward Councilman Michael Wildes, and the Mayor. The preliminary meeting ended successfully.
